Joline earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from the Université de Moncton in 2005 and worked for 17 years specializing in oncology at Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital before entering the financial industry.

In October 2022, Joline began her role as an administrative assistant at Axis Financial Group Inc., collaborating closely with Andre Bourgeois to provide personalized financial planning services and ongoing administrative support.
